Nowadays the difficulty of finding jobs for graduates has aroused wide concern among the people who care about the young people. Then what underlies the strange phenomenon? Numerous reasons can account for this issue.
First and foremost for the majority of young people they didn’t study their major well who spend much time in having fun for example playing games.having parties and so forth rather than study their major in real earnest. All those lead to poor study inexperience and lack the ability to put what they learned into practice.
What’s more the equally important factor is pressure.Graduates are surrounded by many kinds of pressure the family members for the heavy burden and the society for the fierce competition and so on which makes them be breathless.
The solution to this problem requires efforts on both the society and the students. For one thing the inclusiveness and patience should be given by companies and the companies should pay more attention to their abilities and cultivate their talents carefully. For another thing the college students should recognize the reality clearly identify the pressure and keep a good mood learn more expertise and improve themselves from the aspect where they are not good enough and be more competent.
